Hey, what's up? I'm Morgan Bullock. I am a mental wellness coach who works primarily with female athletes. And I just know that sport and life are oftentimes kind of one and the same. So I wanted to share a couple of things from my curriculum that have led to major breakthroughs with my clients. One, we all have a negative voice in here, all of us. Something appears telling us you can't do it. You're gonna fail. It's not gonna work. Name it. Name that voice so that you can detach yourself.


and tell her to shut the hell up when she starts talking crazy. Two, define your own personal wins. The world, social media, everybody tries to tell you what winning looks like, but what winning looks like for the next person might not be a win for you. If you can define what winning looks like for you in your life, one, you'll be a lot happier, two, you'll have some direction and a path, and three, you'll actually know when you win. Three, last point.


You are worthy outside of your performance. Understanding, diving deep, and recognizing your self-worth outside of your game, outside of your job, outside of your business, outside of your relationship is crucial to your self-love, to your personal wins, and your ability to shut that negative voice out.
