Refund Policy

• Featured Vendor upgrades are non-refundable once activated

• No partial refunds are issued for unused time or early cancellation

• Annual payments are non-refundable once processed

• Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins

Cancellation Policy

• You may request cancellation at any time during your subscription

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the 12-month minimum commitment period

• After the initial term, subscriptions may continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled

Payment & Listing Terms

• Featured Vendor benefits may be paused if payment fails until the account is updated

• Continued non-payment may result in removal from Featured Vendor status

• The free directory listing will always remain active, even without an upgrade

• Featured Vendor is an optional enhancement and does not affect basic listing visibility

Service Updates

We may enhance or update Featured Vendor benefits over time to improve value for the community. Any updates will not reduce existing benefits during an active subscription term.
