Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ad Packages / A la Carte Marketing Services (Weekly/Monthly):

• Refund: Refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the ad placement. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date of the ad placement. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Preferred Vendors Spot in Directory:

• Monthly Subscription: Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Cancellations made within the billing period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

Ebook Resource Books:

• Refund: Once the ebook has been accessed, or downloaded refunds will not be issued.

• Cancellation: Ebook purchases cannot be canceled once the have been downloaded. However, if there are any technical issues with the download or access to the ebook, customers can contact support for assistance to send the ebook via email.

Please note that all refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@gethookedcommunity.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request.
