Hey, so I recently listened to this podcast, uh, on purpose with Emma Greed. And if you don't know Emma, she is pretty much the brains behind, like, skims and good american built, billion dollar companies. Dope girl, right? And so in this interview, she said something to the effect of her mom taught her at a young age, like, hey, Emma, you're not better than anybody and nobody's better than you, right?

So that really opened my mind and helped me to realize that as a former athlete, most of my formative years were about being better than somebody else or recognizing if others were better than me and something that I was spending most of my time on, right? So playing softball, playing basketball, playing tennis, playing anything, you're always going to be comparing yourself to others to see, like, are they better than me?

What are they doing to be better? And how can I be better than them? And then you take that into life, right? I have taken that into life and thought, okay, somebody is more successful than me. And I'll think, why are they better than me? How are they better than me?

What do I need to change? And why am I not as good? So I'm always searching for the better and why they're better and comparing myself in that way to try to be better instead of recognizing, like, not everybody is technically the same. It's just about.
