We spent young our lives on teams and with support systems championing our growth and success, only to do life on our own.

Hey, so over the last 20 years, roughly 1.2 million female athletes have retired from NCAA athletics. And while some of us go off and continue to play our sport, many of us don't. We get jobs, we start families, we do all of these things and have no support system like what we're used to, no community like what we're used to, no opportunities for networking with like-minded women, no opportunities to continue to foster that coveted team atmosphere and I'm putting it into it because that's ridiculous.
If you are like me, a retired female athlete who's figuring out life and really wants community and the opportunity to network and the opportunity for mentorship and career pivot and motherhood solace and all of these things, then you need to join the Sportswoman roster right now. I want an ongoing long list of everyone, all the women who have played in NCAA athletics.
