The college coach today is looking for a player that has clarity around themselves, the value of the team, and the big picture. They're looking for that individual that really understands and they can speak intelligently to what they are and what they're not. And they have a true value in what it means to be a great teammate. They can actually articulate it. But be that person that's seeking out moments to make others' lives more enjoyable so everybody can flourish. Those kinds of things are incredibly important in the recruiting process.
