I saw it. Yeah. Yes. I'm 100% sure. Skylar Wallace did something no one has ever done in the AUSL, and she got some petty revenge on an umpire who tried to dampen her night. Brought to you by KFC. So in the first inning, she hits an absolute line drive off the wall and then over for her first home run. The pitcher is like, what's happening? Well, what's happening is she's in the box for her second at bat. Full count. Bring it closer to me. Thank you. That one was high and she lets it fly. Home run number two on the night. Steps on third. Tongue out. Misses the high five with her coach. Dances right onto home plate. In her next at bat, a 2-0 pitch again. Crushes that one. Not over the wall, but it's an RBI double. And she's going to get the guns out. Steady shot. Bam, holsters him. Now she's on second, and she says, all right, I'll just score from second. It's basically a home run. It just was a stop in the middle, and she's safe. Two homers, a double, scored on a double. No one can ruin this day.
...on appeal for missing third base. That's the third out. What the heck? Coach goes and says, oh, are you sure? And he goes, she missed it. Yeah, he's like, all right, are you sure? She missed. She missed it. She missed the base. All right, you better be sure, dude. Chicago is challenging the call of an out for missing third base. That play is under further review. These are some of the replay angles we have. Now the ump is looking. I mean, he's looking right at her feet. She touches the inside part of the bag or she's attempting to touch the inside part of the bag. I don't think she clips it there. And does she flick it up and touch it? It's a little too close. You got to make it a little more known in case it goes to review. Does she flick it and just touch it right there? They say... After review, the call in the field is confirmed. The runner missed second base. So they take that run away from her. Rude. But I do think, I think she might have missed. I think she might have flicked it. I don't know. She comes up in her next at bat. Two homers on the day. She says, no, I want you to come there. Bam. That is the third home run of the night. And that was the most pure home run of the night. Absolutely clobbered. Three home runs. First time. Pitcher doesn't like it at all. Now she goes to third base. She says, watch this, Blue. Watch this. In your face, dudes. Why are you being so nosy about what I'm doing? Look at that on... I wasn't the one that called it. Slow and then the dancing and the dancing and bam, three home runs for Skyler Wallace. This breakdown is brought to you by KFC because Popcorn Chicken is finally back.
