So I played pro softball for 10 years. I went to the Olympics. And if there's one thing that softball taught me is that you're always one at bat away. You're always one pitch away from the course of a game completely changing. And my puppy agrees with this point. I think having that mindset when you're going through really difficult things and you're facing adversity, I'm one pitch away. I'm one conversation away. I am one day of consistency away from from a really big breakthrough, that gets you through the hardest and darkest days.

The training that you don't want to go to, the practice that you don't want to go to, the extra reps that you don't want to take, you're one rep away. You're on the bench, you are struggling in school, whatever it is, you're one opportunity, you're one little thing away. So you have to keep showing up day after day, stay consistent. And then that breakthrough, you're going to think it happens all of a sudden, but in reality, it's years and years brick after brick of you stacking days and stacking opportunities so we think you should we think you should keep going right right.
